Tribit Australia & New Zealand provides a 12 month warranty on product purchased directly from www.tribit.com.au ONLY.

We can not process warranty claims for items purchased elsewhere

Please contact us at Support@tribit.com.au prior to returning your item.

Tribit Australia & New Zealand will not cover shipping costs for any returns made prior to written confirmation of the warranty claim.

 

Product Returns/Exchanges for Quality-Related Issues

All quality-related defects on original items are covered by an extensive warranty, starting from the date of purchase. If the product is deemed to be defective, we will be responsible for unconditional repair or replacement.

Note: For purchases NOT made through www.tribit.com.au, please contact retailers for warranty services.

 

During the warranty period, if you found any quality-related issues on the items you received, please contact us to help determine if your product needs to be sent off and direct you to the necessary actions. Please follow the steps below to speed up the process of returns:

a. Provide the order number & order platform.

b. Describe the problem with your item in detail(When and what happened?)

c. What steps you have already taken to resolve the issue?

d. Send a clear photo or video showing the defects or issues(the photo should be taken at a close distance and in a good lighting conditions).

e. If a fault or defect is present, we will provide return shipping information and return instructions.

  

5. The Cases Not Covered Under Warranty

a. Without sufficient proof of purchase

b. Lost or stolen products

c. Non-quality related issues

d. Expired the warranty period

e. Modifications to any part of the product

f. Repairs through any other unauthorized parties

g. Damage from misuse of products (including, but not limited to: falls, extreme temperatures, improper operations)

h. Purchases not made from the www.tribit.com.au website directly.
