Tribit Australia & New Zealand will not cover shipping costs for any returns made prior to written confirmation of the warranty claim.


1. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

Undamaged products may be returned for a full refund for any reason within 30 days of the date the products have been delivered. Once the returned item arrives back in Tribit Australia & New Zealand warehouse for inspection, the refund process will begin. For refunds, the turnaround time to proceed with the refund will be between 3-7 business days after receiving your returned item.


Within 30 days of receiving the item, if you are not pleased with the product, you can contact us for a refund. Here's the important info required:

1. Order number & Order platform.

2. The reason for return.

3. Send a clear photo as proof of all the items and original package in a good condition.

Note: Refund requests for the 30-day money back guarantee expire 30 days after delivery of the product. For purchases not made directly through www.tribit.com.au, please contact retailers for refunds.


2. Product Returns/Exchanges for Quality-Related Issues

All quality-related defects on original items are covered by an extensive warranty, starting from the date of purchase. If the product is deemed to be defective, we will be responsible for unconditional repair or replacement.

During the warranty period, if you found any quality-related issues on the items you received, please contact us to help determine if your product needs to be sent off and direct you to the necessary actions. Please follow the steps below to speed up the process of returns:

a. Provide the order number & order platform.

b. Describe the problem with your item in detail(When and what happened?)

c. What steps you have already taken to resolve the issue?

d. Send a clear photo or video showing the defects or issues(the photo should be taken at a close distance and in a good lighting conditions).

e. If a fault or defect is present, we will provide return shipping information and return instructions.


3. Return Shipping Costs

a. For quality-related warranty claims, Tribit Australia & New Zealand is responsible for shipping costs.

b. For non-quality related returns/exchanges, the shipping costs must be covered by the buyer.


5. The Cases Not Covered Under Warranty

a. Without sufficient proof of purchase

b. Lost or stolen products

c. Non-quality related issues

d. Expired the warranty period

e. Modifications to any part of the product

f. Repairs through any other unauthorized parties

g. Damage from misuse of products (including, but not limited to: falls, extreme temperatures, improper operations)

h. Purchases not made from the www.tribit.com.au website directly.
